Resumo

Um diagnóstico de doença complexa exige que os pacientes e seus familiares adquiram novos conhecimentos e desenvolvam novas competências (médicas, autogestão, navegação no sistema de saúde com os profissionais). Recursos educacionais validados e confiáveis são necessários para atender a essas necessidades. A integração de recursos validados e acessíveis, combinada com a mobilização de tecnologias de inteligência artificial (IA), permite constituir um banco de recursos exploráveis em percursos de aprendizagem personalizados, adaptados às necessidades dos pacientes e profissionais, em situação de aprendizagem. A nossa equipa desenvolveu o ambiente digital SPÉCIAL (Scénarisation PÉdagogique Collaborative Intégrant des Alternatives et des Liens), centrado no envolvimento do aluno/paciente e na otimização da colaboração interprofissional no contexto da COVID longa. Numa abordagem iterativa de investigação baseada no design, envolvendo um paciente parceiro desde a fase inicial, desenvolvemos diferentes protótipos de soluções digitais que apostam no estabelecimento de uma sinergia entre recursos de acesso livre e mobilização de tecnologias de IA. Estas baseiam-se em revistas de literatura sobre as tecnologias utilizadas na saúde e os seus desafios, bem como na elaboração de percursos e recursos de aprendizagem que têm em conta a diversidade de necessidades e culturas profissionais.

Isabelle Savard, Université TÉLUQ

Isabelle Savard est professeure régulière à l'Université TÉLUQ. Elle est spécialisée en technologie éducative et possède une expertise en design pédagogique. En 2016, elle a complété un postdoctorat en technologie éducative à la Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), au Japon. Ses travaux portent principalement sur le design pédagogique, la Culture, l’identification et la considération des variables culturelles et contextuelles. Elle est chercheure associée au Centre de recherche LICEF (Laboratoire de recherche en informatique cognitive et environnements de formation) et membre du LICÉ (Laboratoire en ingénierie cognitive et éducative), affilié au LICEF.
