La contribución del modelo "Ciclo de indagación colaborativa" en un foro de aprendizaje colaborativo en línea

Resumen
Este estudio de caso tenía como objetivo explorar alternativas a una actividad de aprendizaje colaborativo ya existente: un foro de debate en la plataforma Blue Line, destinado al personal de la ONU. El objetivo era reforzar el aprendizaje entre iguales y la colaboración basándose en el modelo del «Ciclo de Investigación Colaborativa» (CIC) de Gunawardena et al. (2019). El estudio evaluó el impacto de este modelo en el proceso colaborativo y en la experiencia de los alumnos. Los intercambios del foro se analizaron mediante el Modelo de Análisis de Interacción (IAM) con el fin de identificar indicios de construcción social del conocimiento. Una encuesta y una entrevista individual completaron la recopilación de datos. Los resultados muestran un impacto limitado del modelo en el foro, con una participación desigual y una colaboración restringida. Estas limitaciones parecen estar relacionadas con el formato, los plazos entre las respuestas y, quizás, el tema abordado en la actividad. También se subraya la importancia de aclarar las expectativas y el valor añadido de la colaboración, así como el potencial de la automatización del análisis de las interacciones.
