As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- Please consult the informations for authors.
-
The article must be submitted in the DOCX format from the following DOTX template:
MS Word template to download
(.zip) - The article must be original in that it must not have been previously published or be in the process of being evaluated by another journal.
- The article must respect copyrights and be free from plagiarism.
- The article must be free of anything that might lead to the author(s) being recognized. Thus, in order to ensure the integrity of the evaluation, it is recommended that references to the works of the author(s) in the bibliography and in the text be deleted; instead use (Author, XXXX). Also, when saving the file, make sure that the file name does not include the author’s name in the DOCX metadata.
- The title, summary and keywords of the article must be in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- A traditional presentation: introduction, theoretical framework, problematic, methodology, result, discussion, conclusion is a priori expected, but there may be variations to this model depending on what needs to be demonstrated and the type of article.
- The article must respect the number of words for the type of article. This number of words does not include abstracts, keywords, or the reference list. Where applicable, appendices should not exceed 3 pages in total. Articles exceeding these limits will not be evaluated.
- The Reference list must reference all the authors and texts mentioned in the article and only these. It must be presented in alphabetical order and comply with APA 7th edition standards. If bibliographic referencing software is used (e.g. EndNote, Mendeley or Zotero), you must convert your reference list to Word formatted text (without integration fields). Please consult your software documentation for instructions on how to do this.
- For all online references: when available, a DOI is specified for each reference; otherwise, indicate the URL.
- Footnotes must be at the bottom of the page and not at the end of the article and they must be numbered. Tables, graphs, or images must be in the appropriate place in the text and be of good quality. Other types of items such as mind maps or videos may be included, as needed. Concerning the presentation of tables and figures, visit the APA web site .
- All articles must be preceded by a title, an abstract of 100-200 words, and 4 to 8 keywords. The title, the abstract and the keywords must be in all four languages.
- Authors must submit their articles through the journal platform. The file name must not be longer than 100 characters. No italics or bold in form summaries.
- For any question concerning the writing of an article, please refer to the APA style at the APA site and the APA blog.
- Under our publishing license, authors who publish in the journal agree that their articles be published under the license Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
